Jason Elam is a former American football placekicker who played for several teams throughout his illustrious career in the NFL. Born on March 8, 1970, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Elam attended Brookwood High School in Snellville, Georgia before joining the University of Hawaii at Manoa. During his collegiate career, he set numerous school records and earned All-WAC honors in each of his four years.
