After his successful college career, Sean Spence was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft. He played four seasons for the Steelers, where he became known for his speed, agility, and tackling ability. However, in the 2015 preseason, Spence suffered a devastating knee injury that kept him out for the entire season. Despite the injury, he managed to make a comeback in 2016 and signed with the Tennessee Titans, where he played his final two seasons before retiring in 2018.

Although his NFL career was cut short, Sean Spence's contributions to football cannot be overlooked. He finished his NFL career with 145 tackles, five sacks, and two interceptions in 46 games. In addition, he was known for his leadership skills and sportsmanship, making him a role model for young aspiring football players.
