Jordan Caron was born on November 2, 1990, in Sayabec, Quebec. He began playing hockey at a young age and quickly found success at the junior level. In 2007, he was selected by the Rimouski Océanic in the first round of the Québec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) draft. Caron spent the next three seasons with the Océanic, where he developed into a top scoring winger and helped lead the team to the QMJHL finals in 2009. During his time in junior hockey, Caron was also a member of Team Canada at the 2009 World Junior Championships, where he won a gold medal. More about Jordan Caron

After his successful stint in junior hockey, Caron was drafted by the Boston Bruins in the first round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. He spent most of the following season with the Bruins' AHL affiliate, the Providence Bruins, where he showed promise as a skilled forward. Caron made his NHL debut in November 2010 and scored his first NHL goal soon after. Over the next few years, he split time between the NHL and AHL, showcasing his scoring ability and physical play. Caron's best NHL season came in 2013-14 when he played in 59 games for the Bruins and recorded nine goals and eight assists.
