Bo Jackson is most famous for his career in American football in the late 1980s and early 1990s. He played college football for Auburn University, where he became widely known for his blazing speed and agility on the field, earning the nickname "Bo Knows." Jackson was selected by the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers as the first overall draft pick in 1986, but he chose to play professional baseball instead. He returned to football in 1987, joining the Los Angeles Raiders, where he quickly became their star running back.
