Chris Iannetta Autographs

Chris IannettaChris Iannetta is a retired American professional baseball player. He was born in 1983 in Providence, Rhode Island, and attended St. Raphael Academy for high school. In 2002, he was drafted by the Seattle Mariners, but opted to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill instead. He played college baseball for the Tar Heels and was named to the All-Atlantic Coast Conference team twice.
In 2004, Iannetta was drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the fourth round of the MLB draft. He made his major league debut with the team in 2006 and played for the Rockies until 2011. He was then traded to the Los Angeles Angels, where he played for four seasons. Iannetta then played for the Seattle Mariners, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Colorado Rockies again before announcing his retirement in May 2021.
Throughout his career, Iannetta was known for his solid defensive skills as a catcher and ability to hit for power. He finished his career with a .230 batting average, 141 home runs, and 502 RBIs. Iannetta also received a number of awards and honors throughout his career, including being named to the 2016 MLB All-Star team while playing for the Seattle Mariners.
