Curt Schilling is a former Major League Baseball pitcher known for his powerful arm and incredible consistency in his performances on the mound. Born on November 14, 1966, in Anchorage, Alaska, Schilling grew up in a military family and was an avid baseball player from a young age. Schilling attended Yavapai College in Arizona, where he was noticed by professional baseball scouts and ultimately drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the second round of the 1986 draft.
