Lewis made his MLB debut with the Giants in 2006 and became an everyday player in 2008. He was known for his speed and ability to get on base, stealing 21 bases in 2008 and leading the National League with 13 triples in 2009. Lewis played for the Giants until 2010 when he was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays.
