George Kelly was an American professional baseball player who had an impressive career that spanned over a decade. Born on September 10, 1895, in San Francisco, California, Kelly began his professional baseball career in 1914 with the Victoria Bees of the Northwestern League. Kelly quickly established himself as a formidable player and became known for his exceptional fielding skills at first base. He played for the Giants for over a decade, helping the team win two National League pennants and the 1921 World Series.
