John Moses Autographs

John Moses, also known as "The Kangaroo Kid," was an Australian professional baseball player. Born on August 9th, 1957, in New South Wales, Moses began his baseball career in 1979 when he was signed as an outfielder by the Seattle Mariners. He quickly gained fame as a leadoff hitter and was known for his remarkable speed on the base paths, earning him the nickname "The Kangaroo Kid." Moses played for the Mariners until 1987, amassing impressive statistics during his tenure with the team, including a .280 batting average and a .354 on-base percentage.
Moses then played for the Texas Rangers in 1988 and the Detroit Tigers in 1989 before being traded to the Minnesota Twins in 1990. His time with the Twins was brief, as he was traded mid-season to the Padres. However, his performance during his stint with the Twins proved crucial in the team's success, as they went on to win the World Series that year. Moses was known for his versatility, playing all outfield positions and even a few games as a designated hitter.
After his Major League Baseball career, Moses went on to play in Japan for the Hanshin Tigers and the Yakult Swallows. He spent five seasons in Japan, further cementing his reputation as an excellent player. In addition to his baseball career, Moses also worked as a baseball instructor, helping to hone the skills of young players. Moses's baseball career spanned over a decade, during which he left a lasting impact on the game and earned a place in the hearts of baseball fans worldwide.
