Justin Morneau is a former Canadian professional baseball player who is best known for his time with the Minnesota Twins. He was drafted by the team in 1999 and made his debut in 2003. Morneau quickly became a star player for the Twins, with his impressive hitting and defensive skills. Morneau's baseball career spanned over 14 years and he played for a total of four different teams. During his time with the Twins, he proved to be a consistent and reliable player, hitting over 20 home runs in six seasons and batting over .300 in four seasons. In addition to winning the MVP award in 2006, he also won the Home Run Derby that same year. Despite suffering from several injuries later in his career, Morneau continued to play with passion and determination wherever he went.

After retiring from professional baseball in 2018, Morneau joined the Minnesota Twins organization as a special assistant. He has also been involved in various charitable organizations, including the Justin Morneau Foundation which supports underprivileged children in Minnesota and Canada.
