Paul Maholm Autographs

Paul MaholmPaul Maholm is a retired American professional baseball pitcher. He was born on June 25, 1982, in Greenwood, Mississippi. Maholm played baseball for his high school team in Tupelo and later enrolled at Mississippi State University. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the first round of the 2003 MLB draft and made his major league debut in 2005.
Maholm played for the Pittsburgh Pirates from 2005 to 2011, finishing his career in Pittsburgh with a record of 53-73 and a 4.36 ERA. In July 2012, he was traded to the Chicago Cubs, where he pitched the remainder of the season, finishing with a combined record of 13-11 and a 3.67 ERA. After his stint with the Cubs, he played for the Atlanta Braves and the Los Angeles Dodgers before being released by the Dodgers in August 2014.
Maholm retired from baseball in 2015, with a career record of 77-100 and a 4.30 ERA. Although he never achieved superstar status, Maholm was a consistent performer throughout his career, known for his control and ability to induce ground balls. He was also active in charitable causes during his playing days, supporting organizations such as Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and the Ronald McDonald House.
