Weeks began his professional baseball career after being drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers with the second overall pick in the 2003 Major League Baseball draft. He quickly established himself as one of the team's top offensive players, with his powerful swing and a good eye at the plate. Weeks played for the Brewers for 10 seasons and became a fan favorite, earning All-Star honors in 2011. Furthermore, in 2010, he became just the second player in Brewers' history to hit 20 home runs and steal 20 bases in a single season, joining Tommy Harper.

Weeks finished his Major League Baseball career playing for the Seattle Mariners and Arizona Diamondbacks. In his final season, he played in just nine games for the Diamondbacks but is still remembered as one of the greatest Brewers of all time. Throughout his career, Weeks had a .247 batting average, 159 home runs, 431 runs batted in and 134 stolen bases. His impressive contributions to the game have earned him a spot in Brewers’ history and a place in the hearts of baseball fans around the country. Read even more about Rickie Weeks at Wikipedia
