Tom Browning, born on April 28 1960, is a former left-handed pitcher who played for the Cincinnati Reds from 1984 to 1994. He was born in Casper, Wyoming and grew up in Tennessee. Browning is best known for pitching a perfect game on September 16, 1988, against the Los Angeles Dodgers. It was a historic moment in his career and cemented his name in the baseball record books.
