Anderson Varejao is a retired Brazilian professional basketball player who played 15 seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was born on September 28, 1982, in Colatina, Brazil. Varejao started his career playing for the Flamengo team in Brazil before being drafted in the NBA by the Orlando Magic in 2004.
