Alan Page is an American football legend, known for his prowess on the defensive line during the 1960s and 1970s. Born in Canton, Ohio, Page was an exceptional athlete from a young age, excelling in football, basketball, and track and field. Page played for the Vikings for 11 seasons and was a key member of the team's infamous "Purple People Eaters" defense. He was a six-time All-Pro and a nine-time Pro Bowl selection, and he won the NFL's prestigious Defensive Player of the Year Award in 1971.
