Andy Reid Autographs
Andy Reid is a former American football player and current head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). Reid was born in Los Angeles, California, in 1958, and he was raised in a family that was passionate about football. Reid played college football at Brigham Young University, where he was a part of the football team from 1978 to 1980. After his college career, Reid worked as a graduate assistant coach at San Francisco State University before later coaching at Northern Arizona University.
Reid's professional coaching career began in 1992 when he joined the Green Bay Packers' coaching staff as an assistant coach under head coach Mike Holmgren. Holmgren served as a mentor to Reid and played a significant role in his coaching career. Reid worked with the Packers until 1998 before joining the Philadelphia Eagles as their head coach in 1999. Reid is considered one of the most successful coaches in Eagles history. He coached the team for 14 years and led them to five NFC Championship games and one Super Bowl appearance. Reid was also honored as the NFL Coach of the Year in 2002.
In 2013, Reid joined the Kansas City Chiefs, where he currently serves as the team's head coach. Reid has continued to have great success with the Chiefs, leading them to the playoffs in all but his first season. In 2019, Reid led the Chiefs to their first Super Bowl victory in 50 years. He is widely considered one of the best coaches in the NFL and is respected by his players and peers alike. Reid's coaching style is known for his innovative offensive schemes, and his ability to develop young talent has made him one of the most sought after coaches in the league.
