Forrest Gregg was an American football player and coach, born on October 18, 1933, in Birthright, Texas. He became known as one of the toughest and most hardworking players in the National Football League (NFL) history. Gregg started his professional football career with the Green Bay Packers in 1956. He played with the team for 14 seasons, contributing to five NFL championships in 1961, 1962, 1965, 1966, and 1967, as well as two Super Bowl wins in 1967 and 1968. He was selected to play in nine Pro Bowls and was named to the All-Pro First Team seven times.
