Fred Davis Autographs

Fred DavisFred Davis is a former American football player who played as a tight end in the National Football League (NFL). He was born on January 15, 1986, in Toledo, Ohio, and attended Rogers High School. Davis started his football career while in high school and was excellent at it, earning him numerous accolades and awards. He was widely considered one of the best players in Ohio and was named the state's Defensive Player of the Year in his senior year.
After high school, Davis continued his football career at the University of Southern California (USC) and played for the Trojans from 2004 to 2007. During his time at USC, he established himself as one of the elite tight ends in college football. Davis was named to the All-Pac 10 team in all four seasons, a rare feat accomplished by only a handful of players. He also helped the Trojans win the 2007 Rose Bowl and was named the game's Most Valuable Player.
In 2008, Fred Davis was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the second round of the NFL draft. In his rookie season, he played in all sixteen games, catching 27 passes for 318 yards and a touchdown. Davis continued to improve each season, and in 2011, he had a breakout year, catching 59 passes for 796 yards and three touchdowns. Unfortunately, Davis had his fair share of troubles in the league, including suspensions and league infractions that cut short his NFL career. Despite this, Davis remains a talented athlete and a significant contributor to American football.
