Jordan Reed Autographs
Jordan Reed was born on July 3, 1990, in New London, Connecticut. He attended New London High School where he was a standout athlete, playing football, basketball, and track. Reed played quarterback in high school, leading his team to a state championship in 2007. He continued his football career at the University of Florida where he played tight end, wide receiver, and H-back, and was named second-team All-SEC in 2012.
Reed was selected by the Washington Redskins in the third round of the 2013 NFL draft. He quickly became a key player for the team, with his versatility and talent as a pass-catcher. He played seven seasons for the Redskins (now known as the Washington Football Team) before being released in 2020. During his time with the team, Reed set franchise records for receptions and receiving yards by a tight end. He was named to the Pro Bowl in 2016 after a stellar season where he caught 87 passes for 952 yards and 11 touchdowns.
After being released by Washington, Reed signed a one-year contract with the San Francisco 49ers in 2020. He played in 10 games for the team, catching 26 passes for 231 yards and four touchdowns. Reed's NFL career has been hampered by injuries, which have limited his playing time and potential. However, when healthy, Reed is one of the most talented and versatile pass-catchers in the league. He has proven to be a reliable target for quarterbacks and a valuable asset to any team he plays for.
