Raymond Berry is a former American professional football player, coach, and executive. He was born on February 27, 1933, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Berry is known as one of the best wide receivers of all time in the National Football League (NFL) and is a member of the Pro Hall of Fame. In 1954, Raymond Berry was drafted by the Baltimore Colts in the 20th round of the NFL draft as the 232nd player overall. He was initially a backup wide receiver, but he eventually became the team's top receiver. In 1958, Berry led the Colts to win the NFL championship title over the New York Giants. He was a two-time NFL receiving champion between 1958 and 1959 and was named to the Pro Bowl six times during his career.
