Robert Griffin III, more commonly known as "RG3," is a retired American football quarterback who played in both the National Football League (NFL) and college football. He was born in Okinawa, Japan, on February 12, 1990, and grew up in a military family. Griffin started his football career at Baylor University, where he was the starting quarterback for the Baylor Bears from 2008 to 2011. He set several school records and won numerous awards, culminating in being the recipient of the Heisman Trophy as the best college football player in the country in 2011. More about Robert Griffin
