Steve Tasker is a former American football player who played for the Buffalo Bills from 1986 until 1997. He was born on April 10, 1962, in Smith Center, Kansas. Tasker was a standout player at Northwestern Missouri State University, where he played wide receiver and set numerous school records. Tasker joined the Buffalo Bills in 1986, where he quickly established himself as one of the best special teams players in the league. He was known for his speed, toughness, and ability to make game-changing plays. Tasker was selected to the Pro Bowl seven times for his special teams contributions, tying the record for the most selections by a player in that position. He was also named to the All-Pro First Team three times and Second Team three times.
