Willie Parker is a former American football player, best known for his time as a running back with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was born on November 11, 1980, in Clinton, North Carolina, and grew up with a passion for football. In 2004, Parker signed with the Steelers as an undrafted free agent. He faced stiff competition for a roster spot but impressed coaches with his speed and agility. Parker quickly emerged as the team's starting running back, and his explosive style of play helped lead the Steelers to victory in Super Bowl XL.
