Carey Price is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is currently a goaltender for the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League (NHL). Born on August 16, 1987, in Anahim Lake, British Columbia, Price grew up in a family of hockey players. His mother, Lynda, was a goaltender who played for the men's leagues, and his father, Jerry, was a goaltender who played for the Williams Lake Stampeders.
