He was born on October 10, 1969, in Gulfport, Mississippi. He attended Hancock North Central High School, where he excelled in football and baseball. In 1991, Brett Favre was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the second round of the NFL Draft. During his rookie season, he played in two games but did not complete any passes. In 1992, he was traded to the Green Bay Packers, where he spent the majority of his career. Favre's career accomplishments include three consecutive league MVP awards from 1995 to 1997, leading the Packers to two Super Bowls, one of which they won, and being selected to eleven Pro Bowls.
