Kurt Busch was born on August 4, 1978 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is an American racing driver who currently competes in the NASCAR Cup Series. Busch began his racing career at an early age, starting with go-karts and moving up to the NASCAR late model racing. Busch achieved his biggest success in the NASCAR Cup Series, winning the championship in 2004. He recorded 23 Cup Series victories over the course of his career, which included legendary races such as the Daytona 500, Coca-Cola 600, and the Brickyard 400. In addition to his success in the Cup Series, Busch also won 13 races in the Xfinity Series and six races in the Truck Series.

Furthermore, Busch has also competed in other racing series such as the IndyCar Series, the International Race of Champions (IROC), the Rolex Sports Car Series, and the Australian V8 Supercars Championship. He even won a race at the famous 24 Hours of Daytona event in 2011, driving for his own team, Kurt Busch Incorporated.
