After his junior season, Miller was drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL draft. He spent the first four years of his career with the Dolphins, where he recorded several impressive performances. Miller's time with Miami was highlighted by his breakout season in 2014, where he rushed for over 1,000 yards and scored eight touchdowns. In 2016, Miller signed a four-year deal worth 26 million dollars with the Houston Texans. He became the Texans' starting running back upon his arrival, and he continued to perform impressively for the franchise. Miller's career, however, was cut short by a knee injury in 2019, which forced him to retire after eight years in the NFL.

In conclusion, Lamar Miller is a name that will forever be remembered in the NFL. Despite his short career, he managed to make a name for himself and establish his place as one of the most exciting running backs in the league. He will always be remembered for his ability to take off down the field and leave defenders in his dust. Although his career was cut short, his performances on and off the field will remain a testament to his talent and his love for American football. Read even more about Lamar Miller at Wikipedia
