London Fletcher is a former American football linebacker who played for 16 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He was born on May 19, 1975, in Cleveland, Ohio, and played college football for John Carroll University. Fletcher began his professional career in 1998 as an undrafted free agent with the St. Louis Rams. In 2002, Fletcher signed with the Buffalo Bills, where he played for five seasons. During his time with the Bills, he earned three Pro Bowl nominations and was named the team's defensive MVP four times. In 2007, Fletcher moved on to play for the Washington Redskins, where he played for the next seven seasons. He became the team's captain and leader on defense and was known for his toughness, durability, and consistency.
