Scott Hartnell was born on April 18th, 1982 in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. He began playing hockey at a young age and played for the Lloydminster Blazers in the Alberta Junior Hockey League. In 2000, he was drafted 6th overall by the Nashville Predators and played his first NHL game with the team in 2001. Over the course of his career, Hartnell played for several NHL teams, including the Philadelphia Flyers, where he scored his 1,000th career point in 2017.
