Andrew Brackman Autographs
Andrew Brackman was born on December 4, 1985, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is a former American professional baseball pitcher. Brackman was drafted by the New York Yankees in the first round of the 2007 MLB draft, and he quickly became one of the top prospects in their minor league system. He spent several years working his way up through the minor leagues, and he finally made his major league debut with the Yankees in 2011.
Brackman was known for his impressive size and powerful arm. Standing at an imposing 6'10", he was able to throw a fastball that regularly hit the mid-90s. Despite his talent, Brackman struggled with control issues throughout his career. Despite his struggles, the Yankees remained patient with him, and he was eventually given the opportunity to pitch in the big leagues.
Brackman's major league career was brief, however. In four appearances with the Yankees, he recorded a 0-0 record with a 4.50 ERA. After the 2011 season, Brackman was released by the Yankees, and he would go on to have stints with several other teams in the following years. Despite his lack of success at the big league level, Brackman's baseball career was still an impressive one, and he will forever be remembered as one of the most talented young pitchers to come out of the Yankees' system.
