After retiring as a player, Bragan stayed in the game as a coach and manager. He served as a coach for several teams, including the Milwaukee Braves and the Pittsburgh Pirates. He then became the manager of the Pirates in 1956, becoming the youngest manager in Major League history at the time. He led the Pirates for three seasons before moving on to manage the Cleveland Indians, the Milwaukee Braves, and the Atlanta Braves. Bragan had mixed success as a manager, never leading a team to a pennant or a World Series title, but he was known for his strong leadership and his ability to develop young players. In total, we tracked 397 items since 01/01/2008.
