Brian Schneider

Brian Schneider was born on November 26, 1976, in Jacksonville, Florida. He rose to fame as a professional baseball catcher, playing for various Major League Baseball (MLB) teams throughout his career. He began his baseball journey at North Florida Christian School and was drafted by the Montreal Expos in the fifth round of the 1995 MLB draft. Brian made his MLB debut in 2000 and played for the Expos for nine seasons before joining the New York Mets in 2008. He then played for the Philadelphia Phillies in 2010-11 and finished his career with the Kansas City Royals in 2012. More about Brian Schneider

Schneider is known for his defensive skills as a catcher. He was one of the best fielders and game-callers in the league, consistently putting up impressive numbers in terms of caught stealing and passed balls.
