David Peralta is a Venezuelan born Major League Baseball (MLB) outfielder for the Arizona Diamondbacks. Born on August 14, 1987, in Valencia, Carabobo, David initially had dreams of making it big in the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League but faced multiple setbacks during his journey. He went undrafted after his debut in the big leagues and turned to independent baseball for a few seasons.
