Frank Castillo was an accomplished baseball pitcher who played professionally for 13 seasons from 1991 to 2005. Born in El Paso, Texas in 1969, Castillo attended Eastwood High School before being drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the sixth round of the 1987 MLB draft.
