Frank Pastore was an American professional baseball player, born on August 21, 1957, in Alhambra, California. He was a right-handed pitcher in the Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1979 to 1986, playing for Cincinnati Reds and Minnesota Twins. Pastore began his career with the Cincinnati Reds organization in 1975 as a third-round pick. He was promoted to the major leagues in 1979, where he played until 1985. During his time with the Reds, Pastore was known for his exceptional pitching skills, recording 48 wins and 58 losses as well as an ERA of 4.29.
