Greg Gagne is a retired American baseball player who is best known for his 15-year career in the major leagues. Born on November 12, 1961, in Massachusetts, Gagne was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the fifth round of the 1979 MLB Draft. He began his professional career in the minors before making his major league debut with the Twins in 1983.
