Jacque Jones Autographs
Jacque Jones is a former Major League Baseball (MLB) outfielder who played for a span of 10 seasons. He was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the second round of the 1996 MLB draft and made his debut in the big leagues in July 1999. Jones played for the Twins from 1999 until 2005, which resulted in 1,121 games played, 132 home runs, 476 runs batted in, and 296 extra-base hits. He was known for his consistent batting and reliable defense making him one of the most dependable players on the Twins roster.
Jones' baseball career saw some remarkable moments including his All-Star appearance in 2002. In the same year, he set the Twins record for most hits in a single season, for a left-handed batter, with 165 hits. He was also a member of the Twins team that reached the American League Championship Series (ALCS) in 2002. Jones's excellent performance with Twins earned him a contract with the Chicago Cubs in 2006. He then played with the Cubs, Detroit Tigers, and Florida Marlins before retiring in 2008.
