Joe Ginsberg was an American professional baseball player who was born on October 12, 1926, in New York. He was a catcher in Major League Baseball from 1948 to 1962. Ginsberg made his Major League debut with the Detroit Tigers in 1948 and played six seasons with the Tigers.
