Josh Jung Autographs
Josh Jung is an American professional baseball player who currently plays in the minor leagues as a third baseman for the Texas Rangers organization. He was born on December 14, 1998, in San Antonio, Texas. Jung attended MacArthur High School where he played high school baseball and was recognized as one of the top high school baseball players in the country.
After graduating from high school, Jung decided to continue his baseball career at Texas Tech University, where he played for three seasons. During his time at Texas Tech, he was one of the best players in the country, earning several awards and recognitions. In his final season with the team, he batted .335, hit nine home runs, and accumulated 49 runs batted in. Jung's impressive performance during his college years caught the attention of several major league scouts, which resulted in him being drafted by the Texas Rangers in the first round of the 2019 MLB Draft.
Since joining the minor leagues, Jung has continued to showcase his talent in the field. He started playing for the Rangers minor league team, the Hickory Crawdads, in 2019, where he played in 44 games and finished with a .287 batting average. In 2020, Jung was part of the alternate site roster for the Rangers, and in 2021 he was promoted to the Double-A Frisco RoughRiders. With his impressive performance so far, there is no doubt that Josh Jung has a bright future in baseball, and fans are eagerly anticipating his major league debut.
