Juan Francisco Autographs
Juan Francisco is a former professional baseball player born on June 24, 1987, in Bonao, Dominican Republic. He started his professional career in 2005 in the Dominican Summer League as a member of the Milwaukee Brewers organization. In 2008, Francisco made his debut in the minor leagues, playing for the Helena Brewers in the Pioneer League. Over the following years, Francisco worked his way up from the Class-A to Triple-A levels, impressing scouts and coaches alike with his powerful swing and impressive fielding skills.
In 2009, Francisco made his Major League debut for the Cincinnati Reds, appearing in a total of 46 games over two seasons before being traded to the Atlanta Braves in 2012. As a member of the Braves, Francisco played in 183 games and helped the team win the National League East division title in 2013. After brief stints with the Milwaukee Brewers and Toronto Blue Jays, Francisco played his final season of professional baseball in 2016 with the Chunichi Dragons in Japan.
Throughout his baseball career, Juan Francisco was known for his immense power at the plate. In 474 Major League at-bats, he hit 48 home runs and drove in 137 runs. Additionally, he was a solid fielder, often playing third base but also taking the field at first base and left field. Despite his impressive abilities, Francisco struggled with strikeouts throughout his career, leading to high strikeout rates and low batting averages. Nonetheless, he remains a respected figure in the sport and a talented player.
