Julio Cruz is a former professional baseball player from Nicaragua who was born on September 3, 1954. Cruz started his professional career in the minor leagues in 1974 and made his Major League Baseball debut in 1977 with the Seattle Mariners. He played for the Mariners for six seasons before being traded to the Chicago White Sox in 1983, where he played until 1985.
