Mac Williamson Autographs
Mac Williamson is a former professional baseball outfielder who played for several teams in Major League Baseball (MLB). Williamson was born on July 15, 1990, in Jacksonville, Florida, and played baseball at Wake Forest University. He began his professional baseball career after being drafted by the San Francisco Giants in the third round of the 2012 Major League Baseball Draft.
During his time with the Giants, Williamson played in 136 games and hit 23 home runs. He was known for his power and had a career high of six home runs in the 2018 season. Williamson had a strong arm and was known for his defense, having made numerous highlight-reel catches throughout his career. Despite his potential, Williamson struggled with injuries throughout his career, which ultimately led to his release from the Giants in 2019.
Following his release from the Giants, Williamson played briefly for the Seattle Mariners and the San Francisco Giants before being released again in 2020. In 2021, he signed with the Kia Tigers of the Korean Baseball Organization (KBO) and played in 68 games, hitting 17 home runs and driving in 43 runs. Williamson's time in the KBO helped to revitalize his career and showcased his talent once again, paving the way for him to potentially return to MLB in the future.
