Max Kepler is a professional baseball player from Germany who currently plays as a right fielder and first baseman for the Minnesota Twins of Major League Baseball (MLB). Born on February 10, 1993, in Berlin, Kepler grew up playing both baseball and football with his parents, Kathy Kepler and Marek Rozycki, who were both professional ballet dancers. He also set a record by becoming the first German-born player in MLB history to hit a home run. Kepler's impressive performance continued in the following seasons, and he helped the Twins make it to the playoffs in 2019.
In total, Kepler has played over 570 games for the Twins as of 2021, accumulating a batting average of .233, 87 home runs, and 277 runs batted in. He has also demonstrated his versatility as a player by playing different positions, including right field, first base, and center field.
