He honed his baseball skills throughout his youth and eventually attended Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, where he became a standout third baseman. Seabol spent several years in the minor leagues before making his major league debut with the Expos in 2001. Over the course of the next few seasons, he played for several different teams, including the St. Louis Cardinals and the Los Angeles Dodgers. Seabol was primarily used as a utility player, but he still managed to hit 12 home runs and drive in 62 runs over the course of his major league career.

After spending several seasons playing in Japan, Seabol retired from professional baseball in 2013. Throughout his career, he was known for his strong work ethic and defensive prowess, making him a valuable asset to any team for whom he played.
