Tim Flannery Autographs

Tim FlanneryTim Flannery is a former Major League Baseball player, coach, and broadcaster. Born on September 29, 1957, in Boston, Massachusetts, Flannery grew up in Southern California, where he attended Anaheim High School. He played college baseball at Chapman University, where he was a two-time All-American and played in the 1978 College World Series. Flannery played in the minor leagues for four seasons before making his Major League debut with the San Diego Padres in 1982.
Flannery played nine seasons in the Major Leagues, eight of which were with the San Diego Padres. He was primarily a utility player, playing all four infield positions and both corner outfield positions throughout his career. He helped lead the Padres to their first-ever National League pennant in 1984 and was known for his clutch hitting and gritty play. After retiring as a player in 1989, Flannery became a coach, first for the Padres and later for the San Francisco Giants. He helped lead the Giants to three World Series championships as a third base coach from 2007 to 2014.
Flannery has also been involved in music throughout his career. He is a skilled guitarist and has released several albums, including "The Backwards Town" and "Travelin' Shoes." He has used his music to raise money for various charities, including the Challenged Athletes Foundation and his own Tim Flannery and Friends organization, which raises money for cancer research. Flannery remains highly regarded in the baseball world and continues to be involved in broadcasting and charitable work.
