Chris Mihm Autographs
Chris Mihm, born on July 16, 1979, is a former American professional basketball player. He attended Texas University and played college basketball for the Longhorns. Mihm had a remarkable career in college basketball and recorded averages of 17.7 points and 10.8 rebounds per game in his senior year. He was named the Big 12 Player of the Year, and his performance in college also earned him a spot on the United States team that participated in the 2000 Summer Olympics.
After his college career, Mihm was selected seventh overall in the 2000 NBA draft by the Chicago Bulls. He played for several teams during his time in the NBA, including the Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Lakers, and Memphis Grizzlies. Mihm had his most successful seasons with the Lakers, where he played from 2004 to 2009. He started over 150 games for them and helped them reach the NBA Finals in 2008. However, injuries hampered his career, and he was forced to retire in 2011 at the age of 32.
Mihm's basketball career was notable for his impressive performances both in college and the NBA. He had a unique blend of size, strength, and skill that made him an effective player on the court. Despite facing injuries that cut short his career, he will always be remembered as one of the best college basketball players of his era and an integral part of many teams during his NBA stint.
