Clark Kellogg Autographs
Clark Kellogg was born on July 2, 1961, in Cleveland, Ohio, and grew up in suburban East Cleveland. He played basketball for St. Joseph High School, where he was named Ohio's Mr. Basketball in 1979. Kellogg then went on to play for Ohio State University, where he was a standout player. He helped lead the Buckeyes to the Final Four of the NCAA tournament in 1987 and was named the Most Outstanding Player of the Midwest Regional.
After college, Kellogg was selected as the eighth overall pick in the 1982 NBA draft by the Indiana Pacers. He played five seasons for the Pacers, averaging 18 points and 9.5 rebounds per game. Chronic knee injuries forced him to retire in 1987 at the age of 26. Despite his short career, Kellogg's performance on the court was impressive enough that he was inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame in 1996.
Following his retirement from professional basketball, Kellogg shifted to a successful career in broadcasting. He became a studio analyst for CBS Sports, where he covered both college and professional basketball. Kellogg has also been a commentator for the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament on CBS and later for Turner Sports. In recognition of his contributions to college basketball, he was named to the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame in 2012. He continues to be a respected voice in the world of basketball broadcasting.
