Dillon Mitchell Autographs
Dillon Mitchell is an American Football wide receiver who currently plays for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL). He was born on July 14, 1997, in Memphis, Tennessee, and attended White Station High School, where he played both football and track and field. In his senior year, Mitchell was named the Best Wide Receiver in the State of Tennessee and received offers from several college football programs.
After graduating from high school, Mitchell enrolled at the University of Oregon, where he played for the Oregon Ducks football team from 2016 to 2018. As a sophomore in 2017, he had 42 receptions for 517 yards and four touchdowns, but it was his junior year that really put him on the map. In 2018, Mitchell had a breakout season with 75 receptions for 1,184 yards and ten touchdowns, earning him First-Team All-Pac-12 honors and making him one of the top prospects in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Mitchell was eventually drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the seventh round (239th overall), and he made the team's practice squad before being promoted to the active roster in Week 7 of the 2019 season. In his first NFL game against the Washington Redskins, he caught his first career pass for 6 yards. Mitchell continued to improve throughout the season, finishing with 11 receptions for 87 yards in six games. With his mixture of speed, size, and athleticism, Dillon Mitchell has the potential to be a great NFL receiver and a key piece of the Minnesota Vikings offense for years to come.
