Eddie House Autographs
Eddie House is a retired American professional basketball player, born on May 14, 1978, in Berkeley, California. House was best known for his ability to shoot the three-pointer and became a valuable role player for many teams throughout his 11-year NBA career. He played for eight different NBA teams, including the Miami Heat, Boston Celtics, Los Angeles Clippers, and Phoenix Suns.
House's college basketball career began at the Arizona State University, where he played from 1996-2000. During his junior and senior year, House was named the Pac-10 Player of the Year in consecutive seasons, making him the first player to achieve this feat since Gary Payton in 1989 and 1990. His junior year he led the Pac-10 in scoring, averaging 23.0 points per game, and putting him as the 5th all-time leading scorer in the ASU history.
In 2000, House was selected by the Miami Heat in the second round of the NBA draft, 37th overall. He quickly became known for his shooting ability, averaging 7.4 points per game during his rookie year. Throughout his career, House made over 1,000 three-pointers and was particularly effective in the playoffs when his shooting prowess proved crucial in the Boston Celtics championship win over the LA Lakers in 2008. House retired from the NBA in 2011, ending his basketball journey as a player with a total of 4699 points scored.
