Ha Seung-jin Autographs
Ha Seung-jin was born on August 4, 1985, in Seoul, South Korea. He is a retired professional basketball player and is considered one of the greatest basketball players that South Korea has ever produced. He first began playing basketball at the age of 14, and by the time he was 16, he dominated the court as a center for Dongbu Promy.
Ha's professional career began in 2004 when he was drafted by the Portland Trail Blazers in the second round, becoming the first South Korean player ever to be drafted by an NBA team. Although he struggled in his NBA career, playing only 46 games over three seasons with the Blazers, he would later play for several teams in South Korea and China, becoming an integral part of their success. He was selected to represent the South Korean national basketball team in numerous international competitions, including the 2002 and 2006 FIBA World Championships.
After over 15 years of playing professionally, Ha Seung-jin retired from basketball in 2019, leaving behind an impressive legacy on the court. He was a towering presence on the court, standing at 7'3" tall, and was celebrated for his moves in the paint and his powerful scoring abilities. His achievements have helped to cement his place in the history of basketball in South Korea and he will forever be remembered as one of the country's greatest basketball players.
